Sydney for Kids the book
Wendy started researching and writing Sydney for Kids in March 1998 after a trip overseas illuminated the need for city guides for families.
Edition 1 published 1999 by CHOICE Books. Reprinted 2000
Edition 2 published 2002 by CHOICE Books.
Edition 3 published 2004 by CHOICE Books.

The Sydney for Kids website was launched in August 2001 with sections on 'Sydney for Kids', 'Family Fun this Fortnight' (updated weekly), 'Sydney’s Children’s Charities' (Charity Calendar updated monthly) and the 'Teacher’s Reference of School Excursions' (updated each year).
The website was revamped in 2004 to allow for the addition of the 'Sydney for Kids Directory' and the 'Wendy Speaks' section was included.
The 'Sydney for Kids Directory' was launched on 31 August 2005.
Radio
Wendy has written and recorded Sydney for Kids segments for FM 99.3 since November 2000. Since 1999, Wendy has been interviewed on air by Mike Gibson, Alan Jones, Sammy and Jason, Jonesy and Kayley and Radio National about Sydney for Kids the book and Family Fun in Sydney.

Wendy has written articles for the Sun Herald school holiday guides since September 2001. So far in 2008 she has written 1 article for the Autumn edition and 2 articles for the Winter edition.
